Fork on the Road focuses on showcasing Adelaide’s mobile food, featuring a variety of food trucks, vans, carts and bikes – all in one easy location! Fork on the Road seeks to strengthen community ties between vendors and food-lovers, and provide a fantastic opportunity for you to sample a variety of divine, fresh food.
This year, Fork on the Road is partnering with Blinc at the Adelaide Festival. Blinc offers you an amazing collection of sound and light installations that range from large-scale projections to incredibly laser shows. This incredible partnership is not one to be missed, and we can’t think of any better way to kick off the Adelaide Festival. Can you?
